DENTAL HOSPITAL:
We are having a well equipped dental hospital with lot of patients. Our clinical students are getting to work on these patients under the guidance of well qualified teaching staffs.

CLINICS, LAB & WORKSHOP:
The college has modern clinical department laboratories with state of the art equipments for clinical, preclinical and basic sciences. The institution conducts series of workshops to encourage students to work on their own projects. This would stand them in good stead to make substantial contributions to dentistry in the future.
Practical and clinical hours imparts quality education and professional training to the students to horn their professional skills.

NIMS HOSPITAL, 350 BEDDED SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL:
The hospital is part of Dental College which is one of the biggest hospital in Kerala. Our students are getting clinical training here on General medicine and general surgery. They are having excellent clinical exposure as part of the clinical training in Medicine and Surgery.

FACILITIES:
NIMS medicity is situated at Aralummoodu, Neyyattinkara on the highway side. It has an extent of 20 acres of land, clothed with modern buildings and facilities. NIMS Medicity nests 40 specialty departments headed by eminent doctors from the respective fields. Altogether NIMS medicity enjoys the service of 140 efficient and trained doctors. Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Gynecology, Pediatric, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, Pain and Palliative, General Medicine, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Keyhole Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Diabetology, Neuro surgery, Anesthesia, Dermatology, Cardio vascular surgery are some of the main departments.
NIMS Medicity is proud to have a separate well equipped cardiology wing styled Heart Foundation, the only one of its kind in Kerala, constructed under Freeman White Company, California headed by Dr. Madhu Sridharan. The Heart Foundation is rich in ultra modern lifesaving equipments and is intended to save life at any humanly possible condition. The quality of treatment offered is un compromised. To make heart treatments more accessible even to those who belong to financially backward class, the expenses that may be incurred for the cardiac checkups and surgeries have been reduced than that of the government rates. NIMS Heart foundation has done 5000 angiograms, 1502 angioplasties and also 620 bypass surgeries in the short span of time. This is probably the highest rate of surgeries in this short span of time. This achievement is because of the team work of Dr. Madhu Sridharan and Dr. Rameshwara along with their well trained, experienced team. Apart from this a special project named Heart to Heart has been introduced. We are proud to announce that Padmashree Bharath Mammootty is our project ambassador to the project Heart to Heart. With the help of Mammootty fans association we provide free heart surgeries to those who are under the poverty line. Under Heart to Heart project 123 open heart surgeries were done successfully. All those 123 families have gone back to normal life with new hopes and aspirations. Under the Heart to Heart project various Cardiac camps at various rural areas of Trivandrum and Kollam districts were conducted. In those camps 12,000 patients were given free heart check ups and treatments. The selected were given free Angiograms and Angioplasty.
